This policy describes how Uncertainly LLC (“we”) collects and uses information when you visit uncertain.ly or buy from our store.

What we collect

Order information. When you buy, our commerce provider (Shopify) collects what a purchase requires: name, shipping and billing address, email, and payment details. Payment card data is handled by Shopify’s payment infrastructure; we never see or store card numbers.

Site measurement. Our own site records anonymous usage events: a random identifier stored in your browser, the pages viewed, and campaign parameters if you arrived from an ad. These events contain no name, no email, no address, and no IP address. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels on this domain, or cross-site tracking, and the site sets no tracking cookies — which is why there is no cookie banner.

Email list. If you subscribe to Conjectures, your address is stored in Shopify with your consent state. Unsubscribe links are in every email, or write to hello@uncertain.ly.

How we use it

To fulfill orders (addresses go to our production partner, Printful, for printing and delivery), to send the emails you asked for, and to measure our own site honestly. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Sharing

We share information only with the processors required to operate: Shopify (commerce), Printful (fulfillment), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Each receives the minimum needed for its function.

Your rights

Email hello@uncertain.ly to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we honor deletion and access requests regardless of where you live.
