Everything we sell is made per order — printed or embroidered after you buy it — which is why nothing here ships “same day.”

Processing time

Orders enter production after payment and typically take 2–5 business days to produce. That interval is the production estimate our fulfillment partners publish; most orders land inside it.

Shipping time

Shipping time depends on the destination and the rate selected at checkout. Domestic (US) orders typically arrive 3–5 business days after production completes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves the facility.

Where we ship

United States, for now. If you’re elsewhere and want something, write to hello@uncertain.ly and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.

Delays

Estimates are estimates — 80% intervals, not promises. Carrier delays, production queues, and weather happen. If your order is meaningfully outside the interval, contact hello@uncertain.ly with your order number and we’ll chase it.
